This website does not place tracking cookies or measure your browsing. What you write to us is used to reply to you, and nothing else.
What the meeting form collects
Your name, organization, role, work email and, if you wish, a few words about what you would like to discuss. Please do not include patient information or information that could identify an employee.
This information is sent to the form-receiving service, then read by a Clarvoie advisor. It is used to reply to you and arrange a meeting.
How long we keep it
For the time needed to handle your request and, if a conversation begins, for the duration of the relationship. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete what you have sent us.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your information. We do not place analytics cookies or store your answers in your browser. Technical navigation events remain local and contain no name, email address or entered text.
Artificial intelligence tools
We use AI tools as working tools: to summarize, format and check. We do not provide them with information that identifies a person, and a Clarvoie advisor reviews everything we produce.
